Randy is also a distinguished multifamily speaker and trainer for one of the largest commercial real estate companies in the United States.
Laurie-Marie Hynes
Principal, Founder
Laurie-Marie has over 30 years of real estate experience that includes single-family and multifamily. She began acquiring and managing multifamily in 2007 accumulating ownership of 422 units of class B and C product in the greater Houston Metro market. Since then, she has continued to acquire real estate and is one of the most sought-after educators and speakers in multifamily investing.
Kurt Hynes
Director of Business Development
Kurt’s an accomplished real estate investor and entrepreneur, who leads RLM’s marketing and business operations. Kurt previously started and built a multi-million dollar healthcare subsidiary from scratch at Genesis Healthcare. He’s also previously launched several other successful businesses in the technology and services sector. He also co-authored the bestselling book, The Challenge Effect with his father Randy.
